Temenos T24 Application Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Temenos T24 Application Support Specialist to join our team and provide comprehensive support to our production system.
The ideal candidate should have a solid background in Temenos T24 with a focus on Arrangement Architecture modules in a TAFJ environment. The role involves ensuring the smooth functioning of the Temenos T24 application, supporting daily COB (Close of Business) processes, addressing application issues, and coordinating with Temenos for core problem resolution.
The candidate must be willing to work in night shifts on a rotational basis to ensure continuous support coverage.

Responsibilities

Provide expert-level support for the Temenos T24 application in a production environment.

Support COB processes, and assist in resolution of COB issues to meet the SLAs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related issues promptly.

Resolve other application issues including AA related problems

Monitor system performance and take proactive measures to prevent potential disruptions.

Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution efforts.

Work closely with Temenos support to escalate and resolve critical issues, ensuring timely updates to stakeholders.

Maintain detailed documentation of issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.

Perform routine system health checks, data validation, and integrity checks.

Actively participate in on-call rotation, including night shifts, to provide round-the-clock support.

Skills

Must have

Temenos Functional skills on AA lending and Transact Retail functionality

Temenos Transact experience 5 to 7 years needed

Temenos Transact, AA, TAFJ, COB processes and willing to work night shifts
