Position : Lead Transact Developer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Temenos T24 Senior Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Temenos Transact (T24), including architecture, core functionalities, and customization. The role involves developing, implementing, and supporting banking solutions using Temenos technologies, ensuring they meet business requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, customize, and enhance Temenos T24 core banking software.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, code, test, and implement T24 modules, interfaces, and integrations.
• Perform system upgrades, patch implementations, and version migrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to T24.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver solutions on time.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and standards.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.
• Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures.
• Mentoring junior developers or new team members on Temenos systems and best practices.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Strong experience in Temenos T24 modules, Islamic Banking Module, Core Banking modules including Arrangement Architecture (AA), FCM, and TDH.
• Expertise in Temenos Payment Hub (TPH) and core payment functionalities.
• Expertise in developing and troubleshooting Enquiries, Versions, Templates, and OFS messages.
• Knowledge of multi-threading and performance tuning in T24.
• Proficiency in TAFJ runtime environments and Java-based development.
• Experience in real-time payment systems.
• Familiarity and Hands-on experience with Temenos APIs , web services, and middleware integration and and external system integration
• Strong understanding of core banking processes, including loans, deposits, and payment workflows.
• Experience in IRIS API
• Experience with COB processes and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors / Masters with computer science or related field
• 5+ years of experience
