• Mandatory Skills Description:• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years experience as a Business Analyst in the banking/financial industry.
  • Implementation experience in Retail lending and deposits products within AA framework is essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
• Nice-to-Have Skills Description:• Experience with Temenos T24 Core Banking Application.
  • Proven and strong background and experience in Temenos T24
  • Familiarity with core banking systems, with a preference for experience with Temenos products.
