Job Description
Responsibilities
As part of a project team, resource will drive the design, architecture and implementation of Pega 7/8 based solutions. Resource will work as part of a project team to ensure that the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer requirements and, at times, mentor other project resources.
Skills
Must have
20+ years of Experience in Architecting, Designing, Implementing and Optimizing Pega-based solutions, including advanced capabilities in Pega Infinity.
Accountable for ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements, and commits to Customer Success (realization of business benefit)
Ability to successfully run end-to-end delivery of Pega PRPC based solutions / projects from technical perspective. Act as Technical Design Authority for the entire Pega solution to drive a strategic solution for customers.
Excellent knowledge and experience on Pega PRPC Enterprise class structure design and application profiling. Produce High Level and Low Level Technical Solution/Design documents.
Experience in integrating PRPC to third-party systems using RESTful Services (JSON, XML, HTTP), SOAP, Kafka, JMS, integrating Pega with other Technology Platforms, API, Data model, UI, security in PEGA, file based integrations.

Qualifications will include:
i. Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering or related field
ii. Pega CSSA Certification or Pega LSA certification
iii. 5-10 years of progressive experience or masters degree with 5 years of experience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions and applications
iv. Excellent time management and organization skills as well as the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
v. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, partner, and collaborate
vi. Dedication to achieving outstanding customer results with a team-oriented drive and a demonstrated ability to lead by example
vii. Exposure to a variety to technologies, including object-oriented techniques/principles, database design, application & web servers
viii. Aptitude to pick up new concepts and technology rapidly; ability to explain it to both business & IT stakeholders
ix. Ability to match technology solutions to customer needs
