Area Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Maintaining and increasing product sales in the assigned area/location.
• Reaching the targets and goals set for the assigned area.
• Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base.
• Servicing the needs of the existing customers.
• Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
• Developing sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Compiling and analysing sales figures in the assigned area.
• Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts.
• Collecting customer feedback and market research.
• Reporting to senior managers.
• Keeping up to date with products and competitors.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-3 years of experience in garments/FMCG sales.
• Should have thorough knowledge about the geography and markets of Ernakulam.
• Good communication skills in English and local language.
• Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations
• Fast learner and quick thinker
• Passionate about sales.
• Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
• Basic Knowledge of MS Office software.
