Roles and Responsibilities
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment & onboarding process through SAP Success Factor online module.
2. Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
3. Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidate quality.
4. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlisted list of potential candidates.
5. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates.
6. Prepare all types of MIS reports. i.e. Talent Acquisition metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hires etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Minimum 3 years of experience is mandatory (Pharmaceutical Industry).
2. Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations (MBA/PGDM preferred).
3. Strong understanding of analytics tools like MS Office PowerPoint & Excel; ability to analyze data effectively.
4. Must have worked in SAP Success Factor (Recruitment & Onboarding) module.
5. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients/stakeholders.
6. Excellent academic record with first division in highest qualification.
