Role & responsibilities

1 Should be expert in handling EPABX system. Should have telephone etiquette

2 Good English, Marathi & Hindi Communication skills and

3 Well worse with courier management (Domestic and International)

4 Good communication skills to deal with internal as well as external customers

5 Well worse with Pune and Surrounding area

6 Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

7 Experience / Knowledge of Data Entry 8 Should be Multitasking
