QC (Micro)- Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise compliance to all cGMP, GxP, or any other regulatory requirements, including EH&S requirements.
• Executive and supervise all tasks/ activities as per the applicable SOPs.
• Daily laboratory round to ensure compliance of good laboratory practices in quality control as per standard procedures.
• Preparation and review of specification, test data sheets, SOP's and MTP's.
• Cross verification of volumetric solution preparation records.
• To review the manufacturing operations & control and engineering practices for compliance with procedure.
• Sampling and testing of Water for chemical and microbiological tests.
• Carry out Bioburden and Microbial Limit tests for raw materials, in process, stability samples and finished products.
• Gram Staining of microorganisms recovered from water or manufacturing areas.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates having experience in USFDA approved plant will be preferred.
