Roles and Responsibilities:

• Team and matrics ownership as well as management:
• Proactive check-ins with the Coaches for managing their business matrices
• Working with the coaches to get a timely closure to ad hoc business requirements
• Audits and quality assessment, as well as training of the team/respective stakeholders for the same
• Documentation, report creation and presentation of the assigned business matrices and improvement status thereof
• Team management, motivation, hiring and training
• For assigned patients:
• Proactive check-ins with patients to ensure they are adhering to the program consistently
• Monitor patient status via platform at regular intervals and conduct video calls, phone calls, and chats on a regular basis
• Report patient data accurately and consistently to update patients daily assessment scores on parameters like diet, fitness, medicines, and mental health
• Conduct diet counselling sessions based on doctor guidelines and suggest diet plan modifications if required
• Coach patients to comply with doctors guidelines e.g., restriction of smoking or alcohol
• Create a good relationship with the patients and provide basic mental health counselling by listening to patient concerns and answering queries
• Track patients fitness routine and check adherence to prescribed rehab program
• Track patient vitals, lab test results and symptoms to assess for emergency/critical needs
• Ensure alerts are being raised to respective doctors based on platform guidelines
• Communicate clearly and encourage the patients to ensure they follow the program and can achieve their improvement goals
• Work closely with doctors, physiotherapists, and psychiatrists if there is no patient improvement despite adherence to the program

Skills and Requirements:

• Degree:
• Bachelors Degree in Nutrition or Health Science
• Masters degree in Nutrition or Health Science is a plus
• NBHWC Health coach training certification is a plus
• ACE Health coach certification is a plus
• Registered Dietician is preferable
• Experience: Seven plus years of experience in Health/Nutrition counselling
• Language: English and Hindi is mandatory
• Skills:
• Ability to work in cross functional settings and coordinate with variety of stakeholders like doctors, therapists, operations team and product team
• Tech savvy and can work with computers, phones, and tablets in a remote setting
• Friendly, empathetic and ability to cultivate strong relationships with patients
• Clear communication skills with the ability to motivate and induce positive behavior change within patients
• Passionate about fitness and diet with a team-player attitude
• Basic understanding of positive psychology with an ear to patiently listen to concerns when needed
• Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Programs such Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc
