Job Description
Gympik Health Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Personal Trainer to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Fitness Assessments: Conducting initial fitness assessments to evaluate clients' current fitness levels, health conditions, and goals
- This may involve measuring body composition, assessing strength and flexibility, and conducting cardiovascular fitness tests
- Goal Setting: Working with clients to establish clear and achievable fitness goals based on their individual needs and aspirations
- This includes discussing weight loss, muscle gain, improved endurance, or specific performance targets
- Customized Workout Programs: Designing personalized workout plans tailored to clients' goals, fitness levels, and preferences
- This may involve selecting appropriate exercises, determining sets and repetitions, and incorporating cardio, strength training, flexibility, and functional exercises
- Instruction and Demonstration: Demonstrating proper exercise techniques and providing clear instructions to clients to ensure safe and effective execution of exercises
- You guide clients on correct form, breathing techniques, and equipment usage to prevent injuries and maximize results
- Progress Tracking: Monitoring clients' progress regularly and making necessary adjustments to their workout programs
- This may involve tracking weight loss, strength gains, endurance improvements, and other relevant measurements
- You also provide ongoing feedback and encouragement to keep clients motivated
