Job Description
- Responsible for the complete store s operations. (receiving/Issuance/Dispatch) .
- Managing receipt, Storage, Issuance, and smooth dispatches in plant as per SOP .
- Implement controls and SOP in Stores function and to ensure that these are properly followed.
- Reconciliation of book stock vs physical stock for vendor location.
- Identification of Nonmoving inventory of more than 6 months and working with stakeholder for disposition .
- To ensure smooth issuance of BOM material to production line as per daily production plan .
- Ensuring real time updating of records in SAP for all transactions .
- Coordinate with SAP team for resolving issues regarding errors in SAP.
- Ensure that bin wise location matrix of material is maintained and updated.
- Responsible for annual Physical stock take of inventory at plant location and to close it in stipulated time .
- Ensuring that there should not be any wastage of material on account of handling and storage.
- To monitor Shelf-life items and providing timely update thru Self life alert report to all stakeholders
- Responsible for Palletizing of modules
- Arrangement of vehicle at plant for dispatch and ensure proper loading as per SOP.
- Work with all stake holders to eliminate customer complaints for packing, dispatch by implementation of proper standard, SOP and training.
- Responsible for Safety and safe working environment in Stores
