- Deliver Best in Class service through Authorized Service Providers (ASPs)
- Ensure Turnaround Time (TAT), Customer Net Promotor Score (NPS), customer satisfaction and productive targets are meet.
- Monitor the performance of service centers with a strong periodic review mechanism.
- Conduct planned trade visits to resolve trade queries and maintain good market reputation.
- Deliver the service revenue through AMCs, Accessories business from existing network and new SPDs onboard.
