Primary Job Responsibilities
Customer Services & Power Electronics Industrial
- Monitor successful implementation of quality & standard project installations.
- Taking care of pre-sales survey for Solar plant
- Installation & Commissioning of Solar Hi End Products/Projects.
- Handover & Maintenance of Solar Hi End Products/Projects.
- Execute the customer service delivery for Solar & High KVA products.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring excellent service deliveries like First Time Fix, Quality of repairs.
- Ensure timely action on Product Quality issues reported from field.
