We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project sales, focusing on website development, mobile application development, digital marketing, and related services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities related to IT services such as web development, mobile app development, and digital marketing.
Client Acquisition: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners. Lead negotiations, presentations, and proposals to secure projects.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market demands to identify potential business prospects.
Target Achievement: Work closely with the management team to set and achieve sales targets. Develop strategies to meet and exceed the company s revenue goals.
Collaboration: Coordinate with the technical, project management, and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery of IT projects and client satisfaction.
Proposal Development: Prepare project proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies, ensuring competitive and clear solutions are offered to clients.
Pressure Management: Work effectively under tight deadlines, manage multiple projects, and remain composed under pressure to meet business objectives.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a business development plan that aligns with the company s goals for expanding its portfolio in IT-related services.
Client Retention: Maintain post-sales relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications:
Mangement degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development or sales in the IT sector, particularly in web/mobile app development and digital marketing.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with IT project cycles and the ability to understand technical requirements is a plus.
