Job Title: Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition
Department: Human Resources
Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager
Job Summary:
The Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition, will play a critical role in sourcing, assessing, and hiring top-tier talent across various functions. This individual will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, implement effective recruitment strategies, and maintain a strong employer brand. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Sourcing and Recruitment:
• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and recruitment events.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit for roles.
2. End-to-End Recruitment:
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance requirements, and best practices in hiring.
3. Stakeholder Management:
• Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on talent market trends and hiring best practices.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders regarding recruitment progress.
4. Candidate Experience:
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and clear communication throughout the hiring process.
5. Data Management and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Analyze recruitment metrics and generate reports to inform strategies.
6. Employer Branding:
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent, including participation in job fairs, online campaigns, and other talent attraction activities.
7. Continuous Improvement:
• Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and improve efficiency.
• Stay informed of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)/Any Graduate
• Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
• Proven experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing techniques.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
