We are hiring for BI Consultant

Role & responsibilities

• Experience in developing designing canvas driven PowerApps apps as well as enhancing existing apps
• Knowledge of PowerApps and Power Automate licensing and experience developing solutions that span multiple Office365 services
• Solid working knowledge of report and dashboard design and development tools and techniques.
• Aggressive curiosity to learn the business methodology, data model and user personas.
• Strong understanding of BI best practices, analysis, visualization, and latest BI trends.
• Experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and principles of product
• development such as installation, upgrade and namespace management.
• Experience following DevOps best practices, such as unit testing, branching, builds, deployment,
• regression testing, etc.
• Ability to successfully interact with senior stakeholders
• Experience of leading diverse teams, complex engagements, mentoring and coaching junior staff to maximise performance.
• Sound understanding of disruptive technologies and innovation
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Organized and structured in the completion of tasks
• Experience of working in advisory/consulting/industry environment
• Power BI, SQL, should be mandatory
• -Or- Power BI,if above option doesnt work out
• Core project experience / client facing experience
• Connecting with data sources
• SQL, Azure Cloud Good to have

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum of 3+ years of BI experience
• 3+ years of professional experience with dashboards and data visualization using Power BI. Deep understanding of writing SQL, mongo DBs other DBs
• Minimum of 3 years of database design, modeling and integration experience with relational data sources, such as SQL Server databases
• Sound understanding of disruptive technologies and innovation
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Organized and structured in the completion of tasks
• Experience of working in advisory/consulting/industry environment
