Senior Executive - HR

We are hiring an enthusiastic Human Resources professional for managing the Digital Platforms of the Human Resource Department. The person should have strong background in managing the Human Resource Digital platforms like HRMS/ HRIS/ SIP/ Power BI .

Experience Range: 3-5 years.

Must-have Skill: Minimum 2 years experience in managing any of the Human Resource Digital Platforms

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deploy, manage, and implement HR technology and resources to ensure delivery of HR strategic goals in area of responsibility such as digitalization.
2. Coach and train the internal HR Department in the digital platforms.
3. Data Management of the HR Digital Platforms.
4. Support in streamlining the processes and identifying ways for transition to HR technology.
5. Oversee technical requirements specific to application configuration, data migration while providing the support with all integrations.
6. Be a key resource to the HRMS team by bringing forward status updates, issues, recommendations, and requests to ensure senior management have all the information required to make strategic decisions.
