Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and career development.
  
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  
• Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth, improve product knowledge, and increase customer satisfaction.
  
• Manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

• Minimum 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in the retail and apparel industry
