Senior Executive - Project Management

This role is for Project Management activities of all the project in IEC. It has been identified as a critical role for increasing efficiency of new product development activities in switchgear projects. This role will be responsible for budget and resource planning, tracking, reporting and other Project Management activities for various switchgear projects.

Key Accountabilities:

1. To plan all the projects of current budget year.

2. To prepare budget and resource plan of all projects define in MTP

3. To prepare budget and resource plan of each year projects derived from MTP

4. To Monitor, update and maintain data of budget file for quarterly forecast

5. To Monitor, update and maintain project plan of each project

6. Prepare monthly report for executive board

7. To prepare required deliverable as per GR process

8. To face internal / external audit

Job Context

This position is responsible for all project management related activities of switchgear engineering projects. This will include MTP preparation & finalization, engineering budget preparation & finalization as per MTP, resource mapping with the budgeted projects, regular reviews with project team for project tracking in terms of timeline & project cost, quarterly forecast of current year budget file, coordination for GR deliverables with project teams and cross functional teams, GR review meetings with cross functional teams at GR4 stage, monthly management report, weekly project updates, internal external audit preparation, etc.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: - Bachelor/ Diploma of Engineering with project management background

Minimum Experience: 8 to 12 years of experience

Job-Specific Skills: Understanding of project management, Project planning and scheduling, Resource mapping, Project progress report, MS project or equivalent project planning software, Budget management, Risk management
