We have opening for Assistant Manager - HR

Desired Candidate profile

1. Experience bandwidth 10-12 years in hard core manufacturing having expertise in IR background, including drafting of showcase notice, exposure in domestic enquiry , recruitment of temp staff, admin exposure Etc.
2. Should possess  degree and Post Graduate from the reputed institutes.
3. The candidate should be willing to work in the longer run and must be highly motivated profile. should also possess soft skill with high proficiency in English with data analytical skills.
4. Willing work with a large team and must be capable of working in a highly dynamic environment.
5. Exposure in Liaising with Government authorities , BOAT  and should  have exposure in labour laws and LTS.
6. Excellent communication
7. Should publish Daily, Weekly ,Monthly Dashboard.
8. Well versed in HR - Data Analytics'

Note:

• Should Be Proactive
• HR Data Analytics Skill and Dashboard creation experience Mandatory
• B.E/B.Tech with MBA in reputed institutions is Preferred
• Must have Exposure In BOAT, Labour Laws and LTS
• Should have Minimum 10 years of Experience in Automotive Industry .
