Deputy Manager - Methods (Chakan Plant)

1. Looking for a hard-core shop floor person, who is working /doing methods activities
2. Knowledge in PFMEA / PPAP activities
3. Able to operate, conduct trials, Commission, establish process & Train operators
4. Trouble shoot in various above processes
5. Existing Process re validation
6. Process Establishment for New Product Introduction
7. Process improvements in existing lines
8. Having knowledge in concepts related to tool / fixture design
9. Continuous Improvement in consumables, mfg cost, cycle time, etc.,
10. Communication skill ( to handle Customers, other internal functions )

11. Able to lead a Team of 10 Engineers
