Tasks.

Your main tasks include : .

Timely filing of tax declarations and tax payments.

Responsible for all Tax Compliances for India.

Independent handling of all tax notices, enquiries and audits.

Support with preparation, audit, submission of financial statements in accordance with local legal regulations and coordinate with accountants, auditors and internal stakeholders.

Follow up of changes in local regulations and coordinate with the responsible finance colleagues in order to keep country specification up to date.

Proactively work on & implement any changes in local tax laws & regulations.

Coordinate with tax consultants & advise responsible finance colleagues regarding the changes in taxation laws & compliances, etc and follow up on tax refunds & legal cases concerning taxation.

All other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements.

If you want to be the next Finance and Tax Expert you must fulfill the following requirements : .

CA/ CPA or equivalent desirable.

Bachelor's and Master's in Accounting or Taxation degree required.

Alternatively, Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Taxation and at least 5 years of work experienced dealing with Tax compliances, audits, notices, court cases etc .

At least 9 years of work experience required.

Fluent knowledge of English language both written and spoken.

Solid knowledge on fiscal law.

Knowledge of local Tax compliance and regulatory regulations.

Advanced knowledge of MS-Office products.

SAP knowledge desirable.

Excellent business sense.

Excellent cost consciousness.

Excellent detail oriented.

Willingness to travel.

Constant time pressure.

Must possess legal work permit in India.
