Role Overview:

We are hiring a Business Finance Manager to oversee financial operations at our manufacturing facilities. This role ensures cost control, financial planning, and compliance while driving profitability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end factory finance operations, including budgeting, cost analysis, and reporting.
• Drive cost control initiatives across the Manufacturing Units.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with operations teams to optimize resource utilization and profitability.
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Implementing & Monitoring Financial controls and discipline across the organization

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA) preferred, with 8+ years in finance operations.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and textile operations.
• Expertise in cost accounting, budgeting, and compliance.
• Analytical mindset with excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
