Global Financial Operations Manager

Position: Global Financial Operations Manager
Location: India (Remote)
Experience: 8+ years in managing accounting, financial operations, or FP&A functions, preferably in a start-up environment
Education: Bachelor s degree in BA/BS or MBA (preferred)

Job Profile:

Accounting Management:

• Manage Coresight s financial accounts, budget, cash receipts, and financial assets.
• Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Handle company transactions, debts, client billing/invoicing, and vendor payments.
• Initiate and process wire transfers promptly.
• Complete the monthly close process and weekly cash flow forecasting.
• Establish internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget management.
• Monitor and analyze financial data and present recommendations to management for short- and long-term objectives.

Financial Operations:

• Track customer deliverables and revenue recognition. Own the sales tax process.
• Drive continuous system improvements by automating and refining processes and SaaS tools to support scalable growth.
• Perform tax planning throughout the fiscal year and manage year-end tax filings.
• Liaise with foreign counterparts to ensure global tax compliance.
• Stay up-to-date with business activities, providing hands-on financial support and oversight.
• Collaborate on planning, implementing, and supervising the company s financial strategy.
• Partner with business and operational teams to develop KPIs that help drive business decisions.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

• Oversee the preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets.
• Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards.
• Complete audits of company accounts to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Conduct consistent financial analysis to identify key trends and make performance recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team leaders to review financial results, identify risks, and ensure budget management.
