Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of analysts to drive analytics and operational reporting for labor allocation, payroll expense management, labor hours productivity & store operations facets of workforce management

  • Collaborates cross-functionally to effectively drive projects, initiatives and conversation with varied stakeholders

  • Identify and build new capabilities & processes at SSC-B by continuos dialogue with Store Operations and Workforce Management leadership group

  • Effectively manage key stakeholders across the Store Operations and Workforce Management teams

  • Develop/enhance analytical capabilities based on past experience & expertise, leading to creation of actionable insights for the business

  • Assists Store Operations Consultants with development of productivity solutions based on field feedback

  • Solve complex problems and share critical information to enable alignment across the organization

  • Develops operational metrics and presents data with a clear point of view so that insights can be used to help drive business strategy

  • Establish Global working best practices to enable effective partnership and build execution ownership

  • Create & drive problem solving culture within teams to solve execution & business problems

  • Drive operational excellence practices within the team

Years of Experience:

Overall 8+ year of Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in Operations Management / Payroll or Labor Management

  • Prior experience in data analytics, visualization and customer experience

  • Prior experience with business intelligence and reporting tools (e.g. MicroStrategy, Teradata, etc.)

  • 4+ years of prior leadership experience

Required Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Analytics, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management or Related Field

Skill Set Required

Primary Skills (must have)

  • Experience in leading a team of analytical and operations associates

  • Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally

  • Demonstrated ability to bring thought leadership on an everyday basis

  • Experience in Data mining and visualization tool such as PowerBI, SQL, Microstrategy and Excel

  • Experience in senior stakeholder management

  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills

  • Exceptional skills in building analytical models, proficient in mathematical and Statistical analysis

  • Experience in or knowledge of Store Planning and Optimization through use of modeling and simulation tools

Secondary Skills (desired)

  • Experienced in Python and R
