Job Summary:

The primary purpose of this role is to assess, design, implement, and support initiatives focused on labor productivity in Lowe s stores. Outcomes improve the allocation of labor, drive customer service levels, and increase revenue. This role will accomplish this through the development and implementation of projects, best practices, and process improvements. The main objective of this job and the function is to provide the leadership with actionable insights to improve payroll productivity, identify areas for improvement, and offer suggestions to improve performance. The Analyst will upskill himself/herself with the technical and functional skill needed to complete this objective and drive this holistically. He/She will also assist peers in solving for problems as a team. To be successful, the individual in this role must have a strong understanding of analytical techniques and disparate data sources - both internal and external, and strong domain expertise.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research or Related Field MBA or Masters degree
