Job Description-
• Translates complex business requirements and functional specifications into executable stories, designs, and code modules; partners with product teams to understand business needs and functional specifications.
• Independently writes high quality, maintainable, and robust code by building adequate test suits and observability framework.
• Guides application and software development teams in the design and build of complex solutions and ensures teams are in alignment with the architecture blueprint, standards, and strategies.
• Participates and mentors other engineers in software development technologies and processes by creating onboarding documents, root cause analysis, key learnings, demos, and share-out sessions.
• Automates and simplifies team development, tests, and operations processes for efficiency of delivering the work.
• Evaluates modern software, tools, and technologies to provide objective analysis and recommendations to the team.
Required Qualifications:
• 5 years of experience in software development or a related field
• 4 years of experience in any of following competencies: frontend technologies (user interface/user experience), middleware (microservices and application programming interfaces), database technologies, or DevOps
• 4 years of experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles (SDLC) through iterative agile development
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems (CIS), or related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree)
Preferred Qualifications:
• 4 years of experience writing technical documentation in a software environment, developing and implementing business systems within an organization, and working with source code control systems
• 4 years of experience working with an IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework, defect or incident tracking software, web services, and application and integration middleware
• 4 years of experience in systems analysis, including defining technical requirements and performing high level design for complex solutions
• 4 years of experience working with three or more of the following: Continuous integration/continuous deployment tools, frontend technologies, middleware, database technologies, and/or DevOps
• Master's degree in computer science, CIS, or related field

Technical Skills
1. Core Frontend Technologies:
HTML/CSS:
Advanced knowledge, including semantic HTML, responsive design, and CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS).
JavaScript: Proficiency in ES6+ features and advanced JavaScript concepts (closures, promises, async/await).
2. Frameworks and Libraries: React, Angular, or Vue.js: Expertise in at least one major frontend framework.
State Management: Familiarity with tools like Redux, MobX, or Vuex. Component-based architecture design and reusable UI patterns.
3. Web Performance: Optimizing web applications for speed and efficiency. Knowledge of tools like Lighthouse, Webpack.
4. Cross-Browser Compatibility: Experience with tools like BrowserStack. Writing code that works across all major browsers and devices.
5. Accessibility (A11y): Implementing WCAG standards. Tools like Axe, Lighthouse accessibility checks.
6. Testing and Debugging: Unit testing (Jest, Mocha, or Jasmine). E2E testing (Cypress, Selenium, or Playwright).
7. Version Control: Git/GitHub or GitLab workflow experience, including advanced branching and merging strategies.
8. APIs and Backend Integration: Consuming and integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL. Basic backend knowledge for debugging (Node.js, or others).
9. DevOps and Build Tools: CI/CD pipelines setup. Build tools like Webpack, Parcel, or Vite.
10. UI/UX Design: Understanding of design principles and tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Collaboration with designers and usability testing.
