About the Team

This position is part of Enterprise Strategic Sourcing Team, which has the responsibility to manage Indirect spend for Lowe s India. This position will manage the various responsibilities related to procurement of services from third parties. Analyst will coordinate with various stakeholders involved in procure to pay activities - primarily with Business/ Functional team members, Legal, Finance, Vendors, etc.

Job Summary:

This role is to provide the necessary support to ensure timely support to onsite and offsite teams on various aspects of contingent workforce management. This includes responsibility of end to end lifecycle of contingent.

reviewing onboarding, offboarding, assets tracking, understanding the requirement, sourcing, negotiation, preparing comparatives, coordinating for contracting, on time renewal of contracts, reporting, etc. This role is also expected to support US on some of the ticketing tools.

• Support the development of vendor performance scorecards in partnership with functional, business and analytics teams
• Partner with internal teams as needed (Plan, Execute and support) to ensure requirements and quality standards are met for sourcing efforts in assigned areas
• Maintain and update the vendor database and key information
• Identify and escalate risks, issues, and other action items of vendors
• Monitor the tracking of deliverables and contractual obligations
• Ensure vendor payments are made accurately, timely and have proper supporting details
• Make continuous improvement to the process
• Sourcing, processing RFx, preparing comparatives and vendor finalization
• Facilitating reconciliation as applicable for outstanding delivery of materials/ services, invoices, etc.
• Basic understanding of legal terminology and draft and/or revise a variety of contracts with vendors
• Knowledge of procurement, contracting, vendor management, vendor coordination, contract staffing and payment process.
• Manage relationships with existing suppliers and act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Monitor supplier performance and collaborate with them to improve quality, delivery, and cost-effectiveness
• Generate regular reports on sourcing activities, including savings, supplier compliance, and sourcing event outcomes.
• Work closely with vendor to ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods/services
• Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and resolve issues promptly

Required Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree
• Excellent communication.

• Understanding of various VMS tools (Beeline, Fieldglass, Vndly), ERP tools (MSD, Ariba etc)
• Ensuring time reporting and integration with VMS tools (Clarity, ATP etc.)
• SLA and Metrics Reporting and Analytics
• Reporting - TAT, Open requests, total CWF population, assets etc
