About the Team

The team supports execution for projects through space clean up and space planning, manages store queries related to those projects supported.

Job Summary:

The Associate Analyst - Collateral Production is responsible for setting up new non-retail items, including fixtures, signage and product displays. Works with team to leverage enterprise capabilities in setting up the non-retail items to facilitate reset project execution and item replenishment. This role manages non-retail item onboarding execution, troubleshooting/error resolution, and maintains awareness of all business activities, such as product line review portfolios, to drive a consistent level of business readiness. This role will be responsible for delivering top-tier customer service to all Lowes internal stakeholders, and will be held accountable to exceptional customer service ratings.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities:

• Execute the tasks assigned on time and with agreed level of accuracy.
• Handle Issue Resolution and Service tickets for the projects executed.
• Help setup Non-Retail Items and its maintenance.
• Collaborate with Analysts and Sr Analyst to meet the goals and advance and business knowledge.

Years of Experience:

1 to 2 years of Retail Experience

Education Qualification & Certifications (optional)

Required Minimum Qualifications:

B.com / BBM / Retail Operations Management

Skill Set Required

Primary Skills (must have)

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience working across cross functional teams
• Basic to Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office Applications
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving

Secondary Skills (desired)

• Retail experience
