Job Description

Executing direction from leadership, delivering results that align with strategic objectives, communicating critical information to other teams, managing vendor relationships, developing processes that align to organizational goals, specific technical skills required for managing a process.

The primary purpose of this role is to translate business requirements and functional specifications into logical program designs and to deliver code modules, stable application systems, and software solutions. This includes developing, configuring, or modifying complex integrated business and/or enterprise application solutions within various computing environments. This role facilitates the implementation and maintenance of complex business and enterprise software solutions to ensure successful deployment of released applications.

You will partner closely with multiple Business partners, Product Owners, Data Strategy, Data Platform, Data Science and Machine Learning (MLOps) teams to drive innovative data products for end users. Additionally, you will help shape overall solution data products, develop scalable solutions through best-in-class engineering practices.

Core Responsibilities:

Software Development: Design, code, test, and deploy software applications in accordance with business requirements.
System Integration: Collaborate with other teams to integrate applications with existing systems, APIs, and third-party services.
Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and resolve software defects, performance issues, and other technical challenges.
Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for code, architecture, and systems processes.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, security, and performance standards are met.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to enhance software development processes.

Years of Experience:

2-3 years of experience in software development or a related field
2-3 years of experience in database technologies
2-3 years of experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles (SDLC)

Education Qualification

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, CIS, or related field
2-3 years of experience in software development, primarily backend
2 years of experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles (SDLC)

Preferred Qualifications

Masters Degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field
3-4 years of IT experience developing and implementing business systems within an organization

Skill Set Required

Primary Skills (must have)

Expertise in programming languages like Java, Kotlin, Javascript, Nodejs,
Experience with frameworks like Spring, Springboot
Expertise in modern application architecture such as Microservices
Knowledge of SQL and experience in relational DBs such as SQL, Postgres and NoSQL systems such as MongoDB, Kafka
Experience in Software lifecycle tools for CI/CD and version control system such as GIT
Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.

Secondary Skills (desired)

Experience work in GCP and familiarity with Kubernetes, Big Query, GCS, Airflow
Soft Skills
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

The benefits are good but you get trapped here. Don't stay for a long time at this company...Other you will lose your knowledge and then it will be complicated to search outside.

Do not join the Contact Center team, They will never promote you always your manager will downgrade you and this is the team where you will never receive appreciation.
