Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative social media and content marketing experiences that engage consumers and tell meaningful stories.
- Influence the broader content strategy by closely collaborating with internal creative teams.
- Drive creativity and push the boundaries for all social media campaigns.
- Work autonomously with teams (Brand, Internal Design, PR, CX, etc.), onboard agencies as needed, and take responsibility for defined metrics of measurement.
- Own the brand's Online Reputation Management (ORM) - track sentiment analysis, design an escalation matrix, and ensure effective resolution of negative conversations.
- Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms, ensuring adherence to visual, tone, and style guidelines.
- Lead daily social media channel management, ensuring flawless execution of social media strategies.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent publishing schedule across all platforms.
- Write compelling copy for website content, blog posts, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Optimize content for SEO and lead generation goals.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to refine future content strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' content strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5-7 years in social media management for social-first consumer tech brands in e-commerce, grocery, or hyper-delivery categories.
- Proven track record in strategic and tactical planning & execution.
- Hands-on experience in building social media playbooks for consumer-facing brands at different growth stages.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, lifecycle needs, and social media playbook development.
- Ability to set strong agendas, innovate, and drive partner ecosystems toward common goals.
- Expertise in social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Experience in influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders across departments.
