Duties and responsibilities MIS Lead will be responsible to drive all the reporting and daily dashboards for ongoing programs. You will be working closely with your assigned project managers to ensure that all Program reports, dashboards, and data are on track. Responsibilities include preparing status reports, Monthly data , Analytics and dashboard as per KPI s of programs.
To be a successful candidate, you will need to have proven experience in MIS Lead role in FMCG Industry / agencies.
MIS Lead Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to support business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various data sources.
- Optimize and maintain existing Power BI solutions to improve performance and usability.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting thorough testing and validation of reports.
- Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and industry trends to continuously improve BI solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and reports.
- Document data models, configurations, and user guides for developed reports and dashboards.
- Manage the MIS Team.
- Experienced Professional Individuals having FMCG/Retail /agency will be an advantage
- Overall, 1-3 years in data analyst / MIS Lead role
- Excellent in MS office skills and SQL, BI
- Additional technical skills will be an additional advantage
