Job Description
- Experience: 4 -6 years relevant experience in SAP ABAP
- Qualification : BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech graduates with excellent communication skills
- Good to have worked on minimum 1-2 full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.
- Strong Experience in RICEF; Working experience with S4Hana would be addon.
- Feasibility analysis and effort estimation for change requests assigned to in RICEF tracker.
- Coordinate with onsite team in gathering the requirements regarding the CRs.
- Identifying and conducting trainings for the team to meet the project requirements.
- Annual goal settings for the team members to evaluate the performance.
- Involved in CRR discussions to represent my team members during the appraisal cycle.
