As we continue to build our MVP, we are seeking a motivated Business Analyst Intern to join our team for a 3 month unpaid internship and assist our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in in converting high-level business requirements into detailed work items. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business processes and be adept at translating business needs into actionable tasks for developers. Additionally, the Business Analyst will play a crucial role in coordinating between UI/UX designers and developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the final product. This role requires exceptional analytical skills and the ability to analyze business cases from a 360-degree perspective.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with CTO and other stakeholders to gather and analyze high-level business requirements.
Translate business requirements into detailed work items with clear acceptance criteria for development teams.
Assign work items to developers and ensure timely completion.
Facilitate communication and coordination between UI/UX designers and developers to align design concepts with development goals.
Conduct thorough analysis of business cases, considering all relevant factors and potential impacts.
Provide recommendations to improve business processes and optimize workflows.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Analytical mindset with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
Experience with UI/UX design principles and familiarity with development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
