Job Description
We are a dynamic and innovative company dedicated to leveraging cloud technology to drive business growth and efficiency. As we continue to build our MVP, we are seeking a motivated Business Analyst Intern to join our team for a 3 month unpaid internship and assist our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in in converting high-level business requirements into detailed work items. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business processes and be adept at translating business needs into actionable tasks for developers. Additionally, the Business Analyst will play a crucial role in coordinating between UI/UX designers and developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the final product. This role requires exceptional analytical skills and the ability to analyze business cases from a 360-degree perspective.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with CTO and other stakeholders to gather and analyze high-level business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into detailed work items with clear acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Assign work items to developers and ensure timely completion.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between UI/UX designers and developers to align design concepts with development goals.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business cases, considering all relevant factors and potential impacts.
- Provide recommendations to improve business processes and optimize workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
- Experience with UI/UX design principles and familiarity with development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
