Role & responsibilities

✅ Product Listing & Optimization:

• Create, optimize, and manage product listings with engaging content and Amazon SEO best practices.
  
• Implement A+ Content, Enhanced Brand Content (EBC), and backend keyword optimization.
  

✅ Amazon PPC & Advertising (For Senior Level)

• Plan and execute Amazon Sponsored Ads, Display Ads, and DSP campaigns to boost sales.
  
• Monitor ACOS, ROAS, and make data-driven optimizations.
  

✅ Account Health & Compliance:

• Monitor account health, resolve listing issues, and ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
  
• Handle account suspensions, listing removals, and customer complaints.
  

✅ Inventory & Order Management:

• Coordinate with suppliers and warehouses to ensure stock availability.
  
• Manage FBA & FBM shipments, returns, and claims processing.
  

✅ Customer Support & Review Management:

• Respond to customer queries, manage reviews & ratings, and improve customer satisfaction.
  

✅ Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

• Track competitor strategies, pricing, and keyword trends to improve product positioning.
  

✅ Multi-Marketplace Expansion (For Senior Level)

• Assist in expanding to Flipkart, Etsy, Walmart, and other marketplaces.
  

Preferred candidate profile

✅ Junior Level:

• Experience: 0-2 years in Amazon Seller Central / eCommerce.
  
• Skills: Strong in content writing, keyword research, and basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
  
• Freshers with good analytical & writing skills are encouraged to apply.
  

✅ Senior Level:

• Experience: 2-5 years in Amazon Seller Central, PPC, account management, and growth strategies.
  
• Preferred: Experience in Amazon USA, UK, or international marketplaces.
  
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, and Google Analytics.
