Job Description

14+ years of technical experience.

10+ Years of experience in Salesforce development, full end to end implementations and leading a technical delivery team

Experience leading and managing a development team in a fast-paced environment.

5+ years of people management experience

Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning , Apex, visualforce, SOQL and LWC.

Proven experience working on Salesforce Sales, Service,CPQ and Experience cloud

Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with a technical team and stakeholders

Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and data migration tools.

Worked with large-scale, enterprise-level Salesforce environments.

Ability to communicate effectively in English with all levels of staff, both orally and written.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Strong troubleshooting skills on Salesforce platform.

Expertise in Salesforce DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset.

Good knowledge and understanding of financial markets are desirable.

Good knowledge and understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Highly motivated, self-directed individual with a positive pro-active attitude to work.

Customer and service focused, with determination to meet their needs and expectations.

Be driven and committed to the goals and objectives of the team and organization.

Education and Professional Skills

Professional qualification or equivalent.

BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or STEM degree (Desirable).

Curious about new technologies and tools, creative thinking and initiative taking.

Agile related certifications preferable.

Detailed Responsibilities

Must interact with global teams in time zones spanning UK, US, APAC areas.

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and other cross-functional teams to understand project goals, requirements, and deliverables.

Develop high quality solutions on the Salesforce platform in line with business requirements.

Support Go-live through activities such as system design consulting, developing software platforms, capacity planning and launch reviews.

Participate in Project related activities to meet operational needs.

Manage project priorities, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery within established deadlines.

Provide a high level of customer service, whilst working under pressure.

Perform code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous enhancement of development processes.

Collaborate with administrators and integration teams to design and implement seamless integrations with other systems
