Job Description
- Strong technology expertise in Python, AWS
- Drive the team delivering the resilience Capex work mix of contractor/FTEs
- Working closing with Project team & Service partners and drive efficiency in Incident Management, Change and Release management.
- Ensures processes are align with central teams, policy, and governance.
- Coordinating and management all relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with the Incident management processes; to ensure effective incident management and timely resolution for Corp tech applications.
- Provide a high level of technical expertise and support during Major incidents.
- Provides input to records, quality systems and management reports as required.
- Ensures appropriate & timely escalations when technology interests are being compromised to ensure the correct levels of management visibility.
- Identify & pursue opportunities for continuous improvement
- Manage delivery of enhancements by working closely with Architects, Business, and end users.
- Skilled and experienced at conflict negotiation and problem-solving. Senior Stakeholder management.
- Ability to breakdown silos both inside and outside organization. Be able to shift opinion and use influence over positional power. Customer-oriented mindset.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- 15 + years of experience in the software industry.
