Anchor cum Producer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Anchor/Producer for Lokmat Sakhi channel to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in anchoring, content creation, and video production, with an experience in Women centric channel or Lifestyle, beauty, & health. This role requires creativity, excellent communication skills in Marathi, and the ability to produce high-quality content that resonates with our audience.

• Education: Bachelors degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.

• Experience:
• Proven experience as an anchor or, preferably in a Lifestyle & Women Centric channel
• Strong portfolio of video production and content creation.
• Skills:

• Fluency in Marathi (both written and spoken).
• Excellent on-camera presence and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Anchoring:
• Serve as the on-screen host for our YouTube and Instagram videos.
• Deliver content in a clear, engaging, and authentic manner.
• Content Creation:
• Develop and plan video content ideas related to Marathi Lifestyle, beauty & health.
• Scriptwriting for episodes, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Research current trends and audience preferences to create compelling content.
• Production:
• Oversee the production process from pre-production to post-production.
• Coordinate with the videography team for shooting schedules.
• Ensure all content adheres to our brand guidelines and quality standards.
