Assistant Regional Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing personalized financial solutions and excellent customer service.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through targeted prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Achieve sales targets by cross-selling various financial products and services, including mutual funds, insurance, loans, and CASA.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their financial needs, provide advice, and offer suitable products to meet their requirements.
• Provide comprehensive financial planning and investment advisory services to clients, ensuring their financial goals are met.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations, credit, and risk, to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Actively participate in sales campaigns, promotional activities, and events to enhance the organization's visibility and acquire new clients.
• Prepare and submit timely reports on sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions to the management.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills by mentoring and guiding junior team members, if applicable.
• Stay informed about relevant industry regulations, compliance standards, and ensure adherence to all legal and ethical guidelines.
• Uphold the reputation of Lokmanya Multipurpose Co-operative Society and maintain high standards of professionalism at all times.

Skills Required:

• Expertise in mutual funds, insurance, loans, and CASA.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services, including mutual funds, insurance, loans, and CASA.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build and maintain client relationships.
• Experience in managing multiple branches or teams will be an advantage.
• Leadership skills to guide and mentor junior team members, if applicable.

(Candidates with minimum 2 years in the banking industry would be preferred)
