Branch Manager Financial Services

Job Responsibility:

• Lead and manage the branch team, including Sales Managers and Operations staff.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets across all products, including finance, equity markets, mutual funds, and insurance.
• Ensure operational excellence and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives to grow the client base.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights for product development and marketing strategies.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development to team members.
• Manage the branch budget and ensure profitability.

Desired Candidate profile:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of equity markets, mutual funds, and insurance products.
