Job Description: Front Desk + Accounting Executive

Location: Near Central Silk Board Metro Station, BTM Layout, Bangalore

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Semi Qualified (CA / CMA / CS / MBA) / Diploma in Commerce or Accounting
Experience: Minimum 2 years in front desk and accounting roles
Salary: Rs. 1.8 Lakhs to 3.5 Lakhs PA (Based on experience and qualifications)
Preferred Gender: Female Candidates Preferred
Languages Required: Proficiency in Hindi and English


Job Role & Responsibilities:


Front Desk Management:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure it is organized and presentable.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage the conference room calendar.

Accounting & Administrative Support:

  • Record and maintain financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., Tally/ERP/QuickBooks).
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, and manage invoices and receipts.
  • Reconcile bank statements and assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
  • Handle petty cash and ensure proper documentation of expenses.
  • Support the team in GST, TDS, and other compliance filings.

Coordination & Reporting:

  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
  • Maintain and update records, files, and documentation related to finance and administration.
  • Assist in preparing financial presentations and reports for management review.

Key Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, ERP systems, and MS Office (Excel and Word).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and compliance requirements.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in front desk operations and basic accounting processes.
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping and financial statements.
  • Diploma in Commerce or Accounting will be an added advantage.
  • Candidates residing near BTM Layout or Central Silk Board Metro Station preferred.

Working Hours:

9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
