Job Description
Job Purpose:
Responsible for following up on all order receiving from software to ensure they are processed
accurately as SOP of the department.
Principal Accountabilities
- Order receiving from the software
- Converting into Excel
- Checking the amount in SAP
- Compare with Yesterday order with Today order
- Received amount is lesser means, inform to concern SDM
- Raise the invoice
- Bill Checking along with Gate Pass Invoice
- Checking the stock with Physical with SAP on daily basis
- FIFO must be followed
- Must follow the SOP of the concern department
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Qualification : Any degree
Experience : Fresher
Key Interactions
1. Must have typing knowledge
2. Experience in SAP added advantage.
3. Must know Excel and word
