Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Basis Administrator to lead and manage SAP Basis tasks and infrastructure for our clients. This role demands hands-on experience in SAP implementations, technical expertise, and leadership skills to guide the development and implementation of robust SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute SAP Basis administration tasks, including landscape design, client strategy, and capacity planning.
- Lead SAP system installations , configurations, and upgrades across multiple landscapes.
- Develop and maintain SAP technology roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for architectural frameworks and SAP technology stacks.
- Manage high-availability setups, disaster recovery strategies, backups, and storage systems.
- Oversee performance monitoring, proactive issue identification, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with the software development life cycle (SDLC) .
- Provide thought leadership through business papers, white papers, and case studies.
- Collaborate in a global delivery model with offshore and multicultural teams.
Mandatory Skills:
- At least 10 years of SAP Basis administration experience .
- Minimum 3 end-to-end SAP Basis implementation lifecycles .
- Proficiency in SAP systems such as ECC, BI, HANA, S/4HANA , Enterprise Portal, Process Integration (XI), and more.
- Hands-on experience with NetWeaver Enhancement Packages and SAP Solution Manager.
- Expertise in presales, proposal writing, and client presentations.
