Job Description
As the Manager of Operations at LogicLadder you will oversee the seamless integration of various software and hardware systems within the organization. This role involves leading a team of integration specialists, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring that all systems work cohesively to meet the companys operational and strategic objectives.
Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Lead and manage a team of system integration specialists, system engineers providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop and implement integration strategies to optimize the interoperability of different software systems across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, assess system needs, and design integration solutions that align with business objectives.
- Oversee the configuration, customization, and deployment of integration solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and adhere to best practices.
- Perform system analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Manage the integration lifecycle, including planning, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support, to ensure smooth transitions and effective change management.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in system integration to continuously improve processes and enhance system performance.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including system diagrams, technical specifications, and user guides, to support integration projects and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners to evaluate and integrate third-party solutions that enhance the functionality and efficiency of existing systems.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Requirements- 4-6 years of experience in system integration, software development, or a related role
- Demonstrated experience in integration projects and managing teams
- Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams
- In-depth knowledge of integration methodologies and technologies
- Experience with enterprise software systems and architectures
- Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices in system integration
Good to have :
- Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Oracle Fusion Middleware, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi)
- Experience with cloud-based integration platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Knowledge of data integration techniques and tools (e.g., ETL, data warehousing)
- Understanding of API management and web services architecture
- Experience in industries with complex IT landscapes (e.g., healthcare, finance, manufacturing)
