BizTalk Developer - Business Rules Engine (4-6 yrs)

About the Role :

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BizTalk Developer to join the team at a leading MNC.

This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility in work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain BizTalk applications for connecting internal and external systems.

- Develop and administer BizTalk applications, including Flat File Schemas, Maps, Orchestrations, BRE (Business Rule Engine), Ports, Pipelines, 3rd Party Adapters, and Custom Components.

- Experience with XML, WCF, Web Services, and direct database connections (XML Polling, Typed Polling, SQL/XML generation).

- Expertise in AS2, FTP, and SFTP protocols.

- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain solutions that enable seamless data exchange between multiple enterprise platforms, applications, and devices.

- Oversee the inbound and outbound transmissions of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) documents.

- Align with design requirements of the Brightstar systems (applicable) to ensure successful application development and management.

- Adhere to Brightstar's corporate ethics and company direction in all decision-making processes.

- Conduct problem analysis and implement effective solutions. Identify and execute on process improvement initiatives.

- Demonstrate strong multitasking and time-management skills to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Collaborate effectively within a team environment and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in developing and maintaining BizTalk applications.

- Strong expertise in BizTalk Server technologies, including Orchestrations, Maps, Schemas, Pipelines, and Adapters.

- Experience with XML, WCF, Web Services, and database connectivity (SQL/XML generation).

- In-depth knowledge of EDI standards and protocols (e.g., X12, EDIFACT).

- Experience with AS2, FTP, and SFTP protocols.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
