Application Developer - Oracle Utilities MDM Module (7-10 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Application Developer specializing in Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and configuration of applications using Oracle Utilities MDM to meet business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure successful project delivery and provide technical expertise to team members.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and configure applications using Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM) to meet business process and application requirements.

- Develop and test applications on the Oracle Utilities MDM platform, ensuring high quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to ensure successful project delivery.

- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, promoting adherence to best practices and standards in application development.

- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, providing effective solutions and support

- Create and maintain technical documentation related to application design, development, and configuration.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7.5+ years of experience in application development, with a strong focus on Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM). (12+ years preferred)

- Expertise in Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM).

- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

- Experience in designing and developing applications using Java, J2EE, and related technologies.

- Experience in developing and testing applications using the Oracle Utilities MDM platform.

- Experience in database design and development using Oracle or other relational databases.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Educational Qualification : 15 years plus full-time education.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with other Oracle Utilities products.

- Knowledge of utility industry business processes.

- Oracle Certifications related to Java, J2EE, or Oracle Utilities MDM.
