Experience Required
● 10 to 15+ years of proven & extensive experience in sales, business development, and
account management, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving
business growth.
● Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage sales funnels, and
accurately forecast revenue.
● Must possess strong, established connections in the industry, and the ability to leverage
these relationships to drive business success.
● Demonstrated experience in engaging with key stakeholders within government
organizations like, but not limited to, DRDO Labs, Ministry of Defence (MoD), Defense PSUs,
HAL, BEL, and other related entities will be a plus.
● Expertise in navigating government and defence procurement processes, with established
relationships across organizations.
Primary Responsibilities
● Leverage Industry Connections: Must have and actively utilize & continually build strong
industry connections to enhance sales opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and
accelerate business growth.
● Accountable for Sales and Business Development: Oversee and drive all LFT sales and
business development activities within the designated region/accounts.
● Execute Strategic Sales Plans: Implement key growth strategies to achieve sales targets and
expand the customer base, with a primary, but not limited to, focus on Aerospace & Defence
sector.
● Lead Sales and Pre-Sales Efforts: Direct sales and pre-sales activities for selected key
accounts in the Defence & Aerospace sector, ensuring alignment with company goals.
● Strategic Alignment: Regularly review and align sales strategies with the Sales Head/CEO,
ensuring that the overall business objectives are met.

Additional Professional Skills
● Experience in (professional) Sales & Business service business is equally a significant
advantage.
● Highly skilled in negotiation, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and secure long-term
contracts in competitive environments.
● Comfortable with complex technical concepts and capable of understanding and promoting
LFTs products and services. Proficient in the use of CRM tools, sales analytics platforms, and
Microsoft Office Suite.
● Experience in working on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deliverables are
met on time.
● Commitment to staying updated with the latest industry developments, market trends, and
technological advancements, ensuring that strategies and approaches remain relevant and
effective.
Educational Background
● A Bachelor's / Master’s degree in an engineering discipline is preferred but not a must.
● Graduation from reputed tier 1 colleges will be a plus.
