Experience in Creation/revision of Data modules and Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) for AMM, AIPC, SRM and NDT for Bombardier Aircrafts

. Experience in creating illustration mock-ups

. Performs impact analysis of engineering drawing, bill of materials to create installation/ assembly of parts/ assembly using tools.

. Knowledge in Technical publication standards like ATA100, S1000D, Ispec2200.

. Need to work independently in client site if required.

. Knowledge in XML Authoring tools like Arbor text editor, ETPS, Adobe FrameMaker and RoboHelp.

. Knowledge on Simplified Technical English (STE).

. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

. Must have worked on Airframe and Systems ATA chapters.

. Well aware of Bombardier and Aerospace technical publication standards, Tools & Processes.

. Understand and follow the impact analysis to create the content to meet the change request.

. Ability to guide Jr. Authors / Jr. Illustrators, Authors / Illustrators.

. Ability to train newcomers both for technical competence and process adherence

. Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis for any rejections & take preventive actions

• Ability to develop content for Knowledge and Training Sessions
• Ability to perform review of work orders completed by Jr.Authors.

. Excellency in MS-Office packages
