Sr. Business Development Associate / Executive

Role & responsibilities :

• Conduct market research for potential clients and convert them into business
• Identify and pursue leads through various channels such as walk-ins, cold calling, referrals and digital

marketing initiatives

• Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients and brining referral business
• Arrange business meetings and conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective

clients.

• Writing business proposals & negotiating with stakeholders
• Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline month on month and keeping records of sales, revenue, invoices

etc

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable deals
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs to track progress against targets

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience (Experience in SaaS Sales would be preferred)
• Bachelors degree in business or a related field
• Excellent communication with great presentation skills
• Proven ability to negotiate
• Ability to self-motivate and work in target driven environment
• Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
• Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings or any business related work
