Job Description

Client-Project Management Services:

This project will be managed using the SHI-LOCUZ Project Management Methodology, which is based on the Project Management Institutes Framework. A Project Manager will be provided by SHI-LOCUZ to work with the Client to see the Program through to completion. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for the overall Program. The Project Manager is responsible for ongoing service management, service reporting, escalation, invoicing, and client management. The Project Manager is available to participate in operational reviews, planning sessions, and any other activity deemed to be useful to ensuring the alignment of the Client's management and the SHI-LOCUZ Team.


The Project Manager will perform the following:


Planning:

  • Conduct a kick-off meeting to ensure all Program deliverables are outlined and set proper Program expectations.
  • Ensure Program timelines, dependencies, budgets, and closure are met within the Program lifecycle.
  • Confirm project scope and objectives.
  • Develop project plan.
  • Determine schedule and resources.
  • Confirm equipment availability.

Executing:

  • Ensure that the team is properly sized to meet service requirements by managing resources to the project plan.
  • Hold weekly and/or monthly status meetings with the Customer to review Program status, open action items, and upcoming tasks.
  • Provide weekly or monthly Program status reports as mutually agreed.
  • Provide oversight for order placement, tracking, and delivery as associated to this SOW.
  • Provide integration, deployment, warranty oversight, and asset disposition/end-of-life services.
  • Provide Program Management for invoicing.
  • Track open issues and risks.
  • Monitor project status.

Controlling:

  • Facilitate any necessary change orders and administrative tasks, including Change Orders for Premium Services (or any additional services) not included in this SOW.
  • Supervise the day-to-day activities of SHI-LOCUZ team members.
  • Hold regular meetings with SHI-LOCUZs delivery team to identify any issues that may arise to mitigate risk.
  • Handle problem escalations within the SHI-LOCUZ Team.
  • Reassign work and/or adjust project plan.
  • Meet as needed to discuss any issues and remedies plus exchange information about the Client’s plans for the immediate future.
  • Program Management to assist with the management of Devices and monitoring key dates.
